Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 01 – Arrival – Negombo
Upon arrival, you will be warmly welcomed and escorted to the coastal city of Negombo, where the golden sands and gentle sea breeze mark the beginning of your unforgettable Sri Lankan journey.
Day 02 – Negombo – Habarana
After breakfast, we will travel to Habarana, passing through lush paddy fields, winding waterways, and rural villages, immersing you in the serene heart of Sri Lanka’s countryside.
Day 03 – Habarana – Sigiriya – Habarana
After breakfast, we will explore the timeless Sigiriya Rock Fortress, where the towering 200-meter rock and ancient ruins reveal the grandeur of a legendary kingdom, and finally, we will return to Habarana.
Day 04 – Habarana – Polonnaruwa – Habarana
In the morning, we will visit Polonnaruwa, the lost kingdom of Sri Lanka, to explore its ancient ruins and historic monuments, and after the visit, we will return to Habarana.
Day 05 – Habarana – Kandy
After breakfast, we will journey to Kandy, the cultural heart of Sri Lanka, passing through Matale and the spice gardens, and arrive in the cool, refreshing hill climate of this historic city.
Day 06 – Kandy
After breakfast, we will visit the Temple of the Tooth, the sacred shrine that holds the revered relic of Lord Buddha, followed by a city tour of Kandy and leisure time to explore the local markets.
Day 07 – Kandy – Nuwara Eliya
After breakfast, we will travel from Kandy to Nuwara Eliya, a scenic drive of approximately 2.5 to 3 hours through the misty highlands and rolling tea plantations, enjoying the cool climate and lush landscapes along the way.
Day 08 – Nuwara Eliya
After breakfast, we will explore Horton Plains National Park, witnessing the stunning Baker’s Falls, the World’s End cliffs, and the unique flora and fauna of Sri Lanka’s highest plateau.
Day 09 – Nuwara Eliya – Tangalle
After breakfast, we will journey to Tangalle, a drive of approximately 4 to 5 hours, as the cool highland climate gradually gives way to the warm coastal breeze, arriving at the golden beaches for relaxation by the turquoise waters.
Day 10 – Tangalle
This day is at leisure to enjoy the sun-kissed beaches, gentle sea breeze, and tranquil coastal atmosphere of Tangalle, perfect for relaxation and seaside adventures.
Day 11 – Tangalle
Another day at leisure in Tangalle, where you can unwind on the golden sands, enjoy the tropical climate, and spend time by the serene waters of the Indian Ocean.
Day 12 – Tangalle – Galle – Colombo
After breakfast, we will travel to Galle, exploring the historic fort and colonial streets, and then continue to Colombo, the bustling capital, with its modern skyline, cultural landmarks, and vibrant city life.
Day 13 – Colombo
After breakfast, we will explore Colombo, visiting key landmarks, local markets, and experiencing the urban charm and coastal views of Sri Lanka’s capital city.
Day 14 – Colombo – Departure
After breakfast, we will be escorted from Colombo to the airport, concluding your unforgettable journey across Sri Lanka.
